A 'pastor' in Kentucky got caught being a hypocrite to his church and the body of Christ.
This minister lives on 80 acres and rages about how other pastors are in the ministry for the $, but the church gave him an 80-acre plot of land where he keeps two trucks worth over $100K, and his private car collection is over $100 million. The average wage of his members is only $50K per year. This video, released on 6/8/2023, has gone viral. I would hate to be this man when he meets God the Almighty.

GREEDY PASTOR IN MARYLAND
Art Scott grew up in the state of Maryland. His family joined Riverdale Baptist Church when he was 14 years old., Each family member there were five children and two adults, was actively involved in different parts of the ministry Baptist Church because of the enthusiasm and leadership of pastor R Herbert Fitzpatrick built a vast ministry that catered to a large Sunday school, including 20 school buses and volunteers that brought in hundreds of children every Sunday the church is located was Riverdale MD the demographics changed and what used to be a Caucasian neighborhood became Black and Latino.
Riverdale Baptist Church sold the property to a vibrant black church and purchased another piece of property in Largo, MD, to relocate the church and Sunday school and build a Christian School and a gym. I was in, solved in that process. I worked in the business office from when I was 19 years old for a year, so I signed all the checks 600 a month and did payroll for 32 employees when pastor Fitzpatrick found this plot of land. I believe it was 200 acres. He pushed; Riverdaletoworked in to have the property bought by the church because it had a three-story southern mansion called the Zanicki mansion. He wanted to have it for his Parsonage. This mansion had been boarded up for years and needed total rehab on the inside, including significant plumbing, heating and ac, and carpentry. A $2,000 chandelier was purchased that went above the foyer.
The total cost of the entire church property was $499,999 in 1974. The total acreage is 156. I cosigned the check for that purchase. At that time, the weekly contributions were, on average, $10,000 per week best, he. Fitzpatrick's church board at that time was a yes-man board, and even board members were afraid to stand up to Fitzpatrick. He proceeded to not only have a church built which sat 3500 people, a Christian School and gym, and eventually five other staff homes, but pastor Fitz spent over 1/4 of $1,000,000 to restore this mansion of church money which he never had the authority to do or the OK of the board he just did it. However, he had good attributes as a pastor and leader regarding money and financial responsibility. He was inept and greedy at best French Snowden, the business manager I work for, went to jail for taking $80,000 in kickbacks from significant vendors that worked on the properties.
Here are the legal documents which represent Fred Snowden;

Fitzpatrick never went to jail, but he certainly took advantage of members there, many of whom sold diamond rings, gave up their estates, and helped fund all the building programs. When I was 19 years old, pastor Fitzpatrick found out that I disagreed with him supporting the mansion's restoration without proper approval or the board's confidence. I was called into his office and confronted over the issue with Fred Stone present.
Even at the age of 19, I knew what he was doing was not right, and I called him out and told him to his face that if God's man were stealingGod'sspeople'ss money, then God would deal with him better than I ever could. I was working more than 60 hours a week the year I was in the business office to keep up with the workflow and playing the organ for the services for free I was paid $100 a week back then, which was way below minimum wage based on the hours I was putting in Idon'tt regret the experience. Still, it certainly was eye-opening. It has made me a stronger Christian and believer in my faith in God is still at age 68 today as firm as ever that I have no tolerance for people who use the ministry or the priesthood or even a rabbi to take advantage of a congregation financially or, try to hide the ball of how the money is spent God keeps great accounting ledgers, and he sees it all.
Over the past 30 years, Riverdale Baptist has been through added turmoil; the minister Fitzpatrick hand-picked Feel from average grade back and had an affair with a woman, and the congregation has struggled with several ministers over these passing years.
